I checked in on 28 September and checked out on 29 September 2025. For 100 thousand, I expected at least a clean room, but I spent the night on a chair. The bathroom was crawling with millipedes, and then caterpillars got onto the bed. I asked to change rooms and was told the hotel was full, even though the app still showed rooms available. If there really weren't any rooms, they could at least have cleaned this one properly. They only sprayed it. There were termites too, and a light fell onto the bed. How was I supposed to sleep there without feeling disgusted? They wanted a 100 thousand deposit, like at a star hotel, for quality that was basically zero. I wanted to complain in person, but all I got was, “room full ka.” I couldn't reach the manager or HR either. There was no hotel contact on any app, just a mobile number that was no longer registered. I should be able to ask for 50% of my money back. 😏

Hello, Hotel O Focus manager. I checked in on September 20th and checked out today at around 10 AM WITA. At check-in, I paid a 100,000 IDR deposit. When I left, the receptionist had no cash to return it, so I agreed to receive it through a Dana transfer and gave my account number. I still haven't received the transfer. Does it really take this long?

I booked three days, but left as soon as I saw the room and found somewhere else. The money was wasted, but I'd rather lose it than stay there. The walls were dirty and peeling, there were loads of mosquitoes, and the room smelled bad. The sheets hadn't been changed, and the pillowcase was smelly, torn, and in poor shape. Sleeping on the bed made me itchy. They should fix the place before renting it out again. Not recommended at all.

I paid a 100,000 IDR security deposit, but it wasn't returned when I checked out because they said a transfer wasn't available. They contacted me, yet the refund still didn't arrive right away and I was told it would take a while. After I kept calling, I finally got the money back.
