I booked through the app for under 200 thousand. There are no amenities, though there is a water gallon outside the room. The room has decent space, a clean bathroom, cold AC, and a 32" TV. Parking is fairly roomy. The area around it is busy and close to the main road, Jl A Yani Banjarmasin, so it's easy to find what you need.

The room is clean and fine for under 200, though housekeeping needs work. Dirty glasses sat on the table for two days without anyone clearing them. The TV doesn't get a signal, but I was there to sleep anyway. Phone signal is good, and the Wi-Fi doesn't reach the third floor, which wasn't a problem for me. Taking the stairs up there is exercise enough. It's in a convenient spot, with Alfa Indo nearby and food and snack stalls just a short walk away. The entrance is a little narrow off the main road. The lobby is already quiet and dark, and with many of its lights out it feels pretty scary. Please improve the cleanliness and replace those lights. Still, it's a good place overall.

The location is convenient, and the rooms are fairly spacious. Rates start at around 300,000 rupiah, so they're not too steep. The parking area feels small for a hotel in this class, though.

The price may be low, but the facilities are sparse and the service isn't good. I asked about tourist attractions and they didn't know, and the TV didn't work when I asked about it. I'd only stay here once.
