We'd travelled a long way and ordered, but they turned us away for a reason that made no sense. We got there around 1 am in the middle of the night. Really frustrating service.

I booked through tiket.com two days ahead, for a three-day stay at Dibone, but they wouldn't let us check in because they said they didn't partner with tiket.com. I had to pay cash for another night. I complained to tiket.com, and thankfully their admin responded and transferred the money back to my account. They said the reason was that they hadn't worked with tiket.com for a long time. The room didn't live up to the photos in the tiket.com promotion. Then at 7 a.m. the next morning, I was ready to shower and continue our trip, but the water suddenly stopped. There was nobody around to complain to, and the lobby was closed. We had a lot to get done that day. Don't be lured by cheap app prices. Look up places with good service and facilities, and check recommendations for places to stay in Bantaeng, South Sulawesi. As customers, we need to be careful and make informed choices.
