The rooms were okay, neither the best nor the worst, and there was no AC. Breakfast costs 30k. Even so, I’d recommend staying here. The owners are genuinely lovely, friendly, kind, and helpful, and made us feel at home. They helped arrange a tour to Ijen and private transport to Malang, which we really appreciated.

The value for money was excellent, and the common areas in the house were peaceful and convenient. My girlfriend and I had a delightful stay and felt comfortable there. Ana welcomed us with a smile and was very helpful. Our room was clean and quiet, aside from the unavoidable early call to prayer. You can stay here with your eyes closed.

The owner is an extremely nice and helpful person, and you can book trips at good prices through the hostel. It's a very nice homestay with basic amenities such as water, towels, and soap. I recommend it!

It felt quiet and homey, with an outdoor mini kitchen, a dining room, and two bathrooms outside the rooms. The room was clean and bright, and the price was very affordable. You can only get here by motorbike because it's down a narrow alley.
