SPOT ON 92372 Rinda Homestay Syariah & Resto

The app listing was inaccurate, and the owner was surprised that Agoda had accepted bookings even when all the rooms were full. A married couple had booked too, but had to leave disappointed because there was no room. That evening, two young girls also booked the same room. Luckily, the owner put us up in his house, which I appreciated since it seemed unlikely a girl would be looking for somewhere to stay at night. I had booked two rooms for my wife and our two children on Agoda. When we arrived, the owner said everything was booked and offered us one room to share. I accepted, but I don't understand why I was asked to pay extra when I wasn't getting the other room, especially after already paying. Most of the other occupants seemed to be boarders, and they were noisy until 2:00 at night. Nobody told them to quiet down, even though guests were tired after a long trip. I'm sharing what happened, not trying to disparage the accommodation. The information needs to be more accurate so guests, especially those traveling from far away, aren't disappointed. Agoda should provide honest, reliable details. Travelers using this and similar apps should be careful when choosing a hotel. Thank you 🙏
