It’s convenient, with plenty of good food and shops nearby. The staff are helpful and friendly, and there’s a restaurant you can call to order food. The washrooms and pillowcases could use improvement.

There are rooms and bungalows, depending on what you prefer. There’s a small pool and a few gazebos to hang out in. The coffee is really worth trying, 12k for a glass of fine Arabica.

I booked a twin room through an OTA and stayed one night. Before booking, I’d read some guest reviews and thought the place was affordable and had pleasant looking interiors. I arrived late last Thursday, and the staff were kind and showed me to the room. My first impression was good, but there were no amenities, not even a towel or water, and the AC didn’t work well. I wanted to stay another night, but the twin rooms were fully booked, so I reserved two deluxe special rooms through RedDoorz. I was shocked by their condition. They looked abandoned, with broken walls and an untidy private garden. I could have accepted that as long as the AC worked properly, but this morning their genset, or whatever it’s called, broke down and the electricity went out. The bathroom had no running water either. I waited a long time, then staff offered to move me to another room to bathe. I can’t even describe that room. Management needs to take responsibility for its guests and learn more about hospitality management.

We’d stayed at this hotel twice before, so this was our third visit. In the morning we put up the “make up the room” sign, but when we came back in the afternoon to rest, the room still hadn’t been cleaned at all. The front office staff made many excuses and weren’t friendly.
