Collection O 91484 Lai Lai Apartment

I had a really bad first impression coming into this apartment because the security staff weren't friendly at all, and their response was poor. Please make sure security treats guests in a friendly way.

The room was dirty, the table and chairs were flimsy, and the service was poor. Checking out was made difficult when I tried to get my deposit back. They said they'd transfer it, but despite using little electricity during a one-month stay, they deducted 550k from the deposit. I don't know if deducting for electricity without checking the meter reading is the procedure, or if an employee took guests' money. Management, please follow this up. I'm very disappointed.

Please take this off Agoda. If the rooms can't be rented by the day, don't sell them there. I'd booked several nights, but when I arrived they told me the room was no longer available for daily rental. I asked for a refund and was told they don't work with Agoda anymore. Then why list it on Agoda? I lost my money. Anyone thinking of booking, be careful.
