The constant power cuts were the worst part, and the room gets a lot of highway noise. There’s no WiFi reception in the room and it lacks basic facilities. Definitely the worst place I’ve stayed in Batam.

I ended up cancelling and was left disappointed. I’d booked through Traveloka for around 150 thousand, but when I got there they said the hotel no longer worked with Traveloka and wanted another 80,000. I was also told to arrive at 14.00, even though earlier they’d charged 20,000 per hour.

Orders take ages, whether online or in person, while the staff are busy chatting. The kitchen was dirty, the employees were rude, and the cooking team didn’t wear hats, so there was hair in the food. As an online motorcycle taxi driver, I feel like I’m losing out. Don’t let your restaurant burn down.
