We booked two nights but checked out after one because we couldn't stay there. They didn't provide hot water, said they'd run out of soap, and there was no wash basin for brushing our teeth. Reception also gave no proper response. This was the worst hotel. Please avoid booking or you'll suffer the same way.

I checked out in under 20 minutes. The place felt scary, was very dirty and uncomfortable, and the receptionist was unfriendly with a bad attitude. They required a 100,000 Rupiah cash deposit. Don't come here.

I was doubtful at first because of the bad ratings, but after two days here, I think the hotel has improved since those earlier negative reviews. The room was clean and the air conditioning cool. It was comfortable overall, though there were still no towels, TV channels, or hot water.
