We booked the Gala Dinner through IG and got a reply super quickly. The receptionist was very friendly, and everything was easy to sort out. New Year's dinner was a good time, even without fireworks. There were loads of food options and most were pretty good. We had a lovely city view from the balcony, and the staff were relaxed, friendly and helpful throughout. It made for an easy, fun New Year's night. I really enjoyed it.

I've visited a few times, and the city view is fantastic, it really shows off the beauty of batam. The live music is enjoyable and the food is good too. The front office staff were kind and helpful, and the other staff gave good service as well. Thanks, crown vista hotel batam, for the care and such a great stay. Happy new years! I'll definitely come back, and bring a couple of friends and family along.

I stayed one night and my family stayed for two. The staff and drivers were friendly, helpful, and gave great service. I hope the facilities, scenery and breakfast buffet get better in the future, but we had a great stay overall.

The balcony had a great city view, and the staff were super friendly. There was lots of good food at last night's New Year's dinner too. I really enjoyed it.

The hotel isn't in the center, but the view was fantastic, with a panoramic, elegant feel to the place. The reception team was kind and accommodating, as were the restaurant staff and transport driver. I'd recommend it to anyone wanting to enjoy batam.
