The rooms were modern, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, with the amenities we needed. Everything felt fresh and well looked after. Service was outstanding from the start. The front desk welcomed us warmly, the concierge was a big help, and the breakfast crew were attentive and efficient. Ms. Natalie deserves a special mention for bringing such positive energy to our mornings. She was helpful and always attentive to what we needed. There wasn’t much to complain about. The only funny thing was how different the world outside felt once we left the hotel. I’d highly recommend it and would definitely return.

The kitchen team took great care with our boy’s dietary requirements. Their patience and effort gave us real peace of mind and made us feel cared for. Staff throughout the hotel were friendly and ready to help. We also enjoyed the clean, comfortable room and the peaceful, well-maintained pool area. It was a very relaxing stay at Four Points by Sheraton Bintan, and we’d be happy to return.

There’s a daytime market just across the road, convenience stores open 24 hours behind the hotel, and a McDonald’s nearby. The location was good, though it could be a little more central. My stay at Four Points by Sheraton was delightful. The room was comfortable and well maintained, and the staff’s exceptional service made me feel welcome.

I stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Batam from 11 to 12 October 2025, and the whole visit was amazing. Ayumi and the team on duty were especially kind, smiling, and attentive. They made me feel at home. Check-in went smoothly, and my room was spotless and comfortable. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the breakfast spread and little details around the hotel showed real hospitality. I couldn’t have asked for a better short getaway. Thanks again to Ayumi and the team. I’ll be back next time I’m in Batam.

The furnishings and facilities feel a bit dated, and the towels have turned slightly yellowish. For the very reasonable room rates, though, I found the condition acceptable for a no-frills stay. What really shines is the service. Everyone, from reception and concierge to the bartender and housekeeping team, was attentive, friendly, and welcoming, always greeting guests with a warm smile. Nagoya Hill is only a few minutes away by car, and several popular eateries are within walking distance, making it convenient for leisure or business. Four Points by Sheraton Batam offers good value with a handy location and outstanding staff. I’d consider staying again at a reasonable rate.
