Melan from Guest Relations got in touch the day before we arrived to sort out our requests, and that set the tone for a wonderful two nights. She arranged a smooth pickup from Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal for IDR 50k. Heman from the hotel concierge was waiting when we got there, helped us find where to collect our return ferry tickets, and took care of our bags. At check-in, Melan also arranged a lovely anniversary surprise in my parents' room at no extra charge. The whole staff was friendly and eager to help, and they handled our late checkout without a hitch. Breakfast was delicious, with a different spread each day. The location worked perfectly for us, just a 3-5 minute drive from Harbour Bay. There are two massage parlors and a hair and nail salon right outside, plus an AlfaMart convenience store in front. Grab rides and GrabFood were easy to get, and the hotel offers a free shuttle to K-Square Mall. I'm especially grateful to Melan for such great service. We'll definitely return.

We wanted a quiet celebration with my mum, and the team made it a memorable one. They reached out before our travel date and kept checking in throughout the stay. The room was clean and spacious, and breakfast had a wide selection. The bay side location was great. We had a lovely time! Special thanks to Melan and Tesa, you were both amazing. 😍

Although I've visited Batam many times, this was my first stay at Swiss-belhotel harborbay. The room and location were both wonderful. What will bring me back, though, is the staff: Ms Tesa, Jaka & Iswandi were exceptional. Even for our one-night stay, they decorated the room for my birthday and left cakes and a card. From the time I booked, their communication, effort and politeness really impressed me.

We were back for our second stay and had another good time. The staff are really friendly and accommodating, and after we changed rooms we ended up with a fantastic, big corner room. Construction noise carried during the day, though it wasn't too bad. Breakfast offers plenty of choices, but some were better than others. It felt like good value for money. We were feeling lazy, so ordered room service. Convenient, but the food wasn't great. The pool could use more reclining chairs. Still, it was a nice stay.

I've stayed at this hotel a few times. The room is usually clean and comfortable, and the reception and other staff are generally friendly. Tesa at the lobby reception was especially accommodating and willing to help however she could. The hotel is centrally located near the ferry terminal and food areas. I'd recommend it to visitors. My experience was 4/5.
