Mbak Adalina made breakfast at the coffee house such a great experience. She's friendly, knows the hotel facilities well, and is always ready to help 😊 I've worked in hotels myself and stayed in many around the world, and her service really stands out. Even while busy helping other guests, she kept smiling. That kind of genuine hospitality is rare. Swiss-Belinn should be proud of her. I'll definitely come back because of the way she looked after us. Thumbs up, Mbak Adalina! 😊👏

The hotel is centrally located, which was really convenient, and the staff were helpful and friendly. They replied promptly and efficiently on WhatsApp. My room was spacious and had basic toiletries. The toilet flush wasn't working properly, so we called a technician. He arrived quickly and fixed it, but I was still a little concerned it might stop flushing again. Breakfast was included, though the selection may suit people who aren't picky eaters better. I'd consider staying here again on my next trip to Batam.

It felt warm and welcoming here, more like a private apartment than a hotel room. The space was homely as well as stylish, the bed felt like a cloud, and it was peaceful and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful, too.

The breakfast buffet could use more choices. Staff were wonderful, though, with very fast service and smiles all day. Honestly, I think this deserves a 4-star rating instead of 3.

It's only a five-minute walk to Grand Batam Mall, and the hotel itself is clean and modern. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was decent, with a good selection of tasty food. We had a wonderful, enjoyable stay. Adalina at the coffee house gave excellent service. She's friendly and remembers your preferences. We do wish the shower area were bigger and had a handheld shower head, which would make bathing our baby much easier.
