We booked a king room with a balcony, but ended up switching rooms six times just to find one clean enough to sit in. There were poo stains and hair around, the rooms smelled damp and dirty, and the staff were rude. Hot water was another problem. After several complaints, we kept being told to wait, but nothing was done. We changed rooms again the next day, for the seventh time, and got the same issue: hot water lasted about five minutes, then ran out. Even after all the complaints, staff laughed instead of trying to sort things out. They were dismissive, refused requests, and wouldn't offer compensation. I've traveled a lot and stayed in some awful places, but this was the worst. Avoid it unless you want to waste your money, time, and peace of mind.

Mosquitoes everywhere, very dirty towel, and a bad location. The shower had no heater and its head was broken. Water wouldn't drain from the sink, and the toilet flush was faulty. There's no lift. I can't think of anything good to say, this felt more like a motel.

I stayed for a month and had a good experience. The rooms are very spacious, with a kitchen and a big fridge, and the price is affordable. Friendly, helpful staff, and the restaurant food was decent. A good fit if you want privacy and plan to spend a while in Batam.

It feels more like an apartment than a hotel to me. The room was large, with a pantry and kitchen, cooking pans and cutlery, a big fridge, and a bathtub. WiFi was strong, and there was a pool at Club House @Central. The quiet residential area was peaceful. Breakfast could use more variety, but for a similar price, the facilities make it well worth it compared with other hotels.

The room matched what was shown, and the bathtub was relaxing. Breakfast was simple but filling, and worth the package add-on. Check-in took 45 minutes, which was far too long, and the quiet neighborhood felt a bit underdeveloped. Leo from the service crew did his best to help. I'll look at other options next trip.
