Across from Nagoya Mall, this was an interesting place to spend a night. There's a cafe on the ground floor where you can get a meal or sit with a coffee.

Dania and Nanda at reception gave us a warm welcome and made check-in easy. They were both sweet and friendly, which made a great first impression. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and we had a satisfying dinner at Caffe Spice. A really pleasant stay, and one to consider in Batam.
