There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and the hotel offers a free airport shuttle both ways. My room was clean, the staff were humble, and there were free snacks. It’s close to the airport too. The room is tiny, though, so I wouldn’t recommend it for a family.

The room was very cramped, and breakfast was only bread.

The room was really tiny.

4/10
The room felt very uncomfortable, with barely enough space beyond the bed. Water pooled in the bathroom and spilled onto the room floor. What bothered me most was that the ceiling seemed to connect our room with four others, so noise from next door came through clearly. The air conditioning was shared across all four rooms too, which made the setup really unsuitable. They should separate the ceilings so guests can have some privacy.

The hotel is in a really handy spot for anyone passing through Medan, close to the airport, surrounded by places to eat, and right across from hub market, where you can get local souvenirs. The price is affordable, the place is fairly clean, and the service is good. They offer a free shuttle to and from the airport, bicycle rentals for riding around the area, and free breakfast, coffee, and tea.
