Travel Hub Hotel Kualanamu Airport

I’ve just finished nine days of quarantine at this terrible hotel. The towel was dirty and communication was poor. I stayed in the room with my daughter the entire time because nobody told us we could go to the lobby, fitness area, or rooftop. No one explained it or gave us any information in writing. I even had to pay for the room through the door, so I thought the system was the same as at Wings and Darussalam Hotel. When I checked out, airport staff asked how my stay had been and whether I’d gone out much. I was shocked. After being stuck in the room for nine days, someone tells me I could have gone up to the rooftop for sun and walked around inside the hotel! Please consider guests’ health and learn to communicate. Be human.
