The room was nice and the location was great, but the problems were disappointing. The air conditioning didn’t work properly, so the room felt boiling hot at noon. By evening, the Onsen was broken, just when I wanted to use it. That’s one of the hotel’s main selling points, so it was a letdown.

The food was fantastic, with all kinds of choices from Western to local dishes. I also had very nice service from the hotel employees. My room faced the sunrise, and the view was really pleasant.

The breakfast buffet had a surprisingly good range and was delicious, and the location worked perfectly for a business trip. My room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with the amenities I needed to relax. The staff were friendly and helpful from check-in through check-out. I appreciated the thoughtful details and the atmosphere, which felt both professional and welcoming. I had a truly wonderful stay at Zuri Express Hotel Cikarang and would recommend it for business or leisure.

The breakfast had plenty of options, and I really enjoyed some of the dishes. My room was comfortable and well cared for, which made for a relaxing visit. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with a smile. I had a very pleasant stay and would highly recommend this hotel. I hope they keep up and improve these qualities.

It’s a smaller hotel, but the service and facilities are good. There’s a fitness center and an onsen on the 10th floor rooftop. Breakfast is quite complete and includes a Japanese menu. You can borrow a bicycle for free, just bring your ID card.
