For the price, you get a large, cozy bedroom that's cleaned daily, plus a balcony upstairs and a porch downstairs where you can sit and relax. There's also a decent standard breakfast and a barbecue spot. A few things to be aware of: the mattress is soft, and the bathroom gets wet because there's no curtain or glass divider between the shower and toilet. It is new and clean, though. If you open the windows while the light is on, fireflies swarm into the room. There's no phone in the bedroom, so you need to call staff on their mobile whenever you need something, and they may or may not answer within seconds. Prayer calls from four or five mosques in the neighborhood can also be heard at once. The passage to the entrance is narrow, with room for only one medium or large car. There's a level drop on the left, so drive carefully, especially at night.
