Chikar Glamping @ Wisata Coban Talun

I tagged along with a friend, so I hadn’t booked the place myself. It seems to be partnered with RedDoorz, which might explain the budget-friendly rate. There were twin beds, a TV, towels and soap for two, mineral water, a sitting toilet, and a water heater. We got there around 8 pm and it was completely dark, with no lighting. Since it’s in the Coban Talun area, I felt a little spooked at first, but got used to it. I should’ve arrived later in the day to see the surroundings better.

The mountain and flower garden views are beautiful, and being right in the Coban Talun Batu tourist area means you can walk to places there. For a price in the hundreds of thousands of rupiah, I think the quality is about right. The simple glamping room had an en suite bathroom, a working water heater, and a good toilet. There were two twin beds, plus a TV, Wi-Fi, table, mirror, blanket, one towel, two bottles of mineral water, and body soap. The path to the site was a bit mossy, and the place could use some upkeep and cleaning. Reception is shared with the neighboring Apache Camp.

A nice option for getting out in nature and enjoying the cool air. The building has been left unattended for quite a while.
