Arjuna Kota Batu

I left my gold ring behind without realizing it, and the housekeeping team called to let me know and helped arrange delivery. I really appreciate their honesty and service. The hotel is good value, right in the city center and within walking distance of shops and cafes. My room was clean and still pretty new, though it was noisy because it faced the main road. People also spread picnic mats in the corridor, which was annoying and not the place for that.

This is the hotel I'd choose when traveling to Batu Malang, though weekend rates are higher than usual. The reception, housekeeping, and security staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms and toilets were clean, but some rooms had air conditioning that wasn't cold. Breakfast is simple but always a delight. There's a 24-hour cafe just across the way with live music at night, and the streets nearby have good, cheap local snacks.

I liked how clean the room was, and my mom, who is concerned about cleanliness, was satisfied too. The staff were friendly, helpful, and quick to respond when we needed assistance. We stayed for a day; the price was affordable, the parking lot was big enough for us, and the hotel is very close to Alun Alun Batu. I'll come back next time I visit Batu.

We enjoyed staying here with our family so much that we added another night. The rooms were perfectly clean, and all the staff were friendly. Special thanks to Mas Sigit from security for sharing lots of information about the area. The location is strategic for getting around the places to visit on a Kota Batu holiday. We did miss the hotel's afternoon tea during our two-night stay, and there was no welcome drink when we arrived to check in. We'll definitely come back.
