Getting there means going down a narrow street, and the price at the hotel was very different from what I saw on the travel app, which was disappointing. I also had to switch rooms because the first one was dirty and damp. The towels in the replacement room had what looked like black dust on them, and its bathroom light kept flickering like something from a horror movie.

I expected a little more from a four-star hotel and came away somewhat disappointed. Maybe I misunderstood the information.

The pool area had a beautiful mountain view, and the place was clean with good service. I stayed a few months ago. There’s no lift, though, so be ready to carry your bags up to the third or fourth floor. The food was standard, and I hope they add more choices. Still, it was a good place to stay. 👍

There were lots of snacks as a welcome treat, and the bathroom was decent. Breakfast needs work, though. Only half an hour after service opened, nearly all the food and drinks were gone. I know I stayed during high season, but please keep replenishing the buffet.

The pool is smaller than it looks in the photo, and there’s no lift, so don’t bring too much luggage. The food was good. For a small family, I’d suggest booking the family room since it has enough space. The superior room felt much too cramped.
