Getting here was a hassle: there's only one small road, packed with parked cars when I arrived, so we had to carry our luggage along it ourselves. Parking is really difficult, and the hotel itself is quite small. The service wasn't bad, but it needs some work. The room is big with lots of empty space, but it only looks fairly clean from a distance. The bed wasn't properly made, though that's fine. The bathroom is sort of functional, with a broken shower head, no shampoo, and shower gel that wasn't great.

The hotel and room are clean, and the service is good enough. Laundry is available, but the pool should be cleaned regularly so guests can use it. There's no food service apart from snacks and regular ready-to-drink beverages, with outside catering only for breakfast. For the catering, please offer hot tea and coffee without sugar so guests who don't consume sugar can have them too.

The location is great, the staff are friendly, and I love the pool. But the room is the biggest problem for me, since it's the most important part of a hotel stay. Everything in it was dirty. They need to clean all the rooms properly.

The executive room was clean and I loved the balcony, but there weren't any drinks like tea or coffee, or even glasses. We only got the standard two medium-sized bottles of cleo.

Most things were quite good, but then the electricity went off and there was no iron or coffee pot in the room. I hope the service is better when I come back again, insyaaAllah.
