The balcony and comfortable bed made the big, clean room a good place to stay, and the hotel itself is lovely. I didn't get to try the pool, though it looked great. There were some maintenance issues: the toilet dripped all night, the shower head was broken but still usable, and the basin leaked onto the floor. Apart from that, it was a good experience.

Food was good, though there wasn't much variety, and I think water was limited during some hours. The hotel is old, with a manual room key, no elevator, and a long walk from the lobby to the room with no roof overhead. There were also lots of Laron at night.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a nice balcony where you can see Panderman Mountain. You can also connect side-by-side rooms with an adjoining door. It's a relatively new hotel in Batu, but it doesn't seem to have been properly maintained.

The room is a decent size, but there aren't many facilities. No food or drinks are served, there's no electric kettle for coffee or tea, TV choices are limited, and there's no Wi-Fi ☹️

The food feels lifeless, and the water pressure is low. Worn towels and tired bedsheets add to the sense that the place is outdated and hasn't had enough attention. Maybe they could trim the treetops to open up the mountain view from the bedroom.
