On March 4, 2023, my Batu holiday turned into a mess. I'd booked and paid in the app, even though it also showed the hotel as closed and apparently hadn't blocked bookings. After a tiring trip, I just wanted a shower and some sleep. Instead, the place was shut and completely empty, like a house in a horror movie, with nobody there to look after it.

There are plenty of food stalls nearby for dinner, and the location is handy for getting to the attractions. The place itself is clean, calm, and comfortable, with friendly service. There's a cafe and karaoke as well. Really nice spot.

The room felt stuffy, with too little ventilation. Mold covered the walls, and both the bathroom floor and walls were dirty. The accommodation is comfortable and in a convenient location, and the staff are very friendly. I hope they improve the cleanliness.

You can rent a room individually, and the rate is cheaper than other places. For one house with four rooms, it's 1,200,000 on weekdays or 1,500,000 on weekends. Individual rooms are 300,000 or 500,000 on weekdays for an outside or inside bathroom, and 400,000 or 600,000 on weekends, respectively. There are kitchen facilities, TV, AC, a billiard table, free Wi-Fi, spacious parking, and a cafe open 24.5 hours nonstop. Book four days ahead.

It's a comfortable place, and it doesn't get too crowded. There are lots of shady trees, and the guys are friendly, especially Edo.
