RedDoorz Plus near Jawa Timur Park 1

I booked online for about IDR 135,000, a Room Only Double Bed in Room No. 108 at Griya D'Baca Homestay (RedDoorz Near Jawa Timur Park 1) in Batu City. This was my first review of the place, and I was very pleased with the stay. For that price, it exceeded what I expected. The location makes getting around easy. It's close to the main road and near popular Batu attractions, including Jawa Timur Park. There’s also a cafe or food court on site, with affordable food and a varied menu. I had fried rice that tasted like restaurant food, and the food is halal, God willing. The atmosphere is quiet, attractive, and comfortable, with good ventilation and natural light. It was a peaceful place to rest. The staff, especially the managers, were warm, professional, and attentive. They even offered a fan without me asking. The deposit was simple too, just handing over my ID card, with no complicated steps. They were responsive to requests, including providing extra tissue refills for free. Facilities were clean, complete, and well maintained. There’s Wi-Fi in several areas, a TV with a set-top box, an en-suite bathroom, hot water, towels, a mirror, a trash bin, bottled mineral water, outlets, and mosquito repellent. Free tea, coffee, sugar, and refillable drinking water were available whenever I wanted to make a drink. There’s also a prayer room and a billiard table with smaller balls, both free to use. The homestay is wheelchair friendly and can work well for families, with rooms that fit quite a few people. Parking is spacious and secure for cars and motorcycles, though it's outdoors. At night, motorbikes are directed to the area behind the manager's private residence for safety. A few things to be aware of: sound carries between rooms, though it seemed within reason. The property is smoke free but has designated smoking areas, so families with children should keep that in mind. There’s no air conditioning, but Batu's cool air was pleasant. The set-top box sometimes had signal trouble, so you may need to adjust it if you want to watch TV continuously. Hot water also didn't always flow well, possibly when several guests were using it at once. I loved RedDoorz Near Jawa Timur Park 1 Kota Batu. It was comfortable, attractive, well equipped, and had excellent service at a very affordable price for a tourist spot like Batu City.
