RedDoorz near Dino Park

I had to find somewhere else because the hotel I wanted was full. I booked here thinking it was near Jatim Park 3, but I was mistaken. There was a damp smell as soon as I walked into the building, and the room felt damp too. The AC leaked. They offered to move me, but even after I put up the "make up room" sign, the room hadn’t been cleaned. I stayed two nights and booked two rooms. The rate was almost 600,000 Rupiah per room, without breakfast, and it didn’t feel worth that price. I saw staff playing games, and there was no coffee or tea offered at reception, which wasn’t very visible. I didn’t receive the two bottles of mineral water until the second day. The hospitality was very poor.

I’ve never stayed somewhere this disappointing. The room was damp, the roof leaked, and rain left the mattress wet. The pillows smelled bad and the towels were musty. Water came out weakly, the service was poor, and the staff were unfriendly. The room didn’t match the photos, and staff only took responsibility after repeated complaints. I wouldn’t recommend staying here to rest.

I clearly remember leaving something on the table in my room. When I came back a few hours later, I was told I hadn’t left anything behind.

There was free tea and toast in the morning, plus coffee and tea you could make for free. The room and bathroom were clean and smelled nice, with lots of TV channels. The AC was cold and the shower worked smoothly. The waiting chair out front was broken, though it could probably be replaced.
