Living World mall is about a 10-minute walk away, and the bus terminal is close too. We were here just for one night before catching the bus to Java. The room was listed for four but had three beds, which actually suited us. It looked clean enough, though the hundreds of mosquitoes had us turning it into a contest to see who could kill the most. The air conditioning worked well, so we wore long sleeves at night. There was no bathroom sink, so we washed our hands in the shower. I guess you get what you pay for.

After coming from the airport, the food sat well and was really good. The place had a nice, homely feel. The lockers are small, though big enough for important valuables, and we left with everything we brought. Bring a travel adapter. If you forget one, there's a corner shop nearby that sells them.

The welcome was really warm, and there's a good cafe in the house. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, though a bit cramped. If you just want to get off the grid and have some peace, this is the place.

I was only in Denpasar for one night to sort out some visa matters, and had a great stay. The family who own the hostel were lovely and attentive, and I felt well looked after.

Prices are reasonable, and the place is clean. The staff are friendly and accommodating, and always do their best to help with whatever you need. They even let us use their kitchen. Ms. Putri manages the hostel and is really amicable, joyful, and cheerful. Just keep cash on hand, since they don't take cards.
