There’s parking, and the rooms have air conditioning. The bathroom comes with towels and hot water, plus there’s a water dispenser in the hallway. Everything, including the rooms and corridors, was very clean. It’s in a cool residential area between Malang and Batu, right next to a mosque.

I’ve made this trip from Pamekasan to Malang and stayed here many times. It’s in a convenient spot, and whenever I’ve reported an issue with the TV or the property, the response has been quick. Hope it stays that way!
10/10
The staff were friendly and helpful, and everything worked properly. The water heater warmed up fast, too. After several stays at UrbanView, this has been the cleanest and freshest-smelling hotel so far. The rooms are really spacious, which works well for families or anyone with little kids. I’ll definitely come back.

honestly, this place feels like a really good deal for the price. the service was fine, and the room was big and clean!!!! parking's spacious too 🥹✨🧚🏻
8/10
The bathroom’s roomy, and the room itself is nice with enough space. Sheets seemed fairly clean. The floor was the main issue, and the soap felt way too sticky. Also, the blanket is worn enough to leave color on clothes, so it could use replacing. Recommended.
