Villa Batu Residence Kav C-9

A good villa.

That pine forest in front of the villa made the place feel really fresh. Parking could get awkward when there were lots of guests, though. We stayed two nights in Block C-7, six family members plus two infants, and it was just enough space. The villa was clean and neat, and the host was so kind. He even showed up with chocolate buns. There were blankets and an extra bed, plenty of pillows, sofas and carpets, plus a doormat and a sitting air conditioner. They'd thought of lots of useful things: soap, coffee sachets, instant noodles, a two-gallon water tank, LPG, and a water heater. The location also worked well, in a housing complex near Batu Market and Jatim Park 2. From Batu Market, turn left and the complex is on the left. We had a great stay and would definitely come back. Recommended.

It’s comfortable and affordable, with accommodation set up specifically for homestays. One thing that would help is a circular driveway, so larger vehicles like the Elf LWB could leave without having to reverse.

A handy base for visiting Batu City attractions, with JTP 1, Bagong, JTP2 (animal museum), Eco Green Park, BNS, alun2, and more nearby. I’d recommend this villa for a family break.
