Waking to the sunrise and the sound of waves was so peaceful. Bale Karang is a very decent place to stay, with plenty of food nearby. The beach is close, the rooms are clean, the bed is comfortable, and everything works. Staff were friendly and helpful, and I enjoyed the outdoor shower and washroom. Thank you 🙏 ♥️

I only stayed one night because the room I wanted was booked for the following day. It’s a unique hotel with an outdoor bathroom, clean room, cool AC, and an electric kettle. Breakfast is included, and you can go straight to the beach. I liked falling asleep to the sound of the waves. The shower pressure was a little low, though, and the staff were friendly.

We had a lovely few days at this relaxed, affordable place. The staff were lovely and helped us sort out a motorbike, laundry, and a few other things.

The bay location was really convenient, and our family enjoyed the stay. You can’t swim in the bay area because of the rocks and coral, but that was okay for us. The room was clean, with a roomy, semi-outdoor bathroom. Staff and security were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was always nasi goreng, but I asked for plain rice and scrambled eggs for the family. Thanks for the service.

The location was nice, but I wouldn’t stay here again. The air conditioner was broken and dripped water onto my face while I slept. When I asked a staff member to fix it, they refused and just shrugged.
