The staff deserve special mention, they were wonderfully friendly, always smiling sincerely and ready to help with any question. We were also surprised by how much choice there was at breakfast. The rooms are simple, cozy, clean, and as comfortable as possible, and there’s a terrace for sitting quietly with tea. The view, location, plants, and rooms all felt wonderful. This place is like a real fairy tale 🪷 I recommend it to anyone wanting real seclusion and a chance to feel restored after noisy places of residence ❤️

The breakfast was great, especially the best scramble eggs ever and the really foot homemade strawberry jam. I slept like a baby without the sound of the city. This little room in the middle of nature amazed me, it was perfectly clean, had all the furnitures needed, and the staff were good. A perfect stay in a nice cabin with a good view!

There are quite a few steps, and without a scooter you’ll need to walk up and down a hill, so this may not suit you if you have mobility issues. Still, I’d 100% stay here again. I spent two nights here in September and highly recommend it. The lake and mountain view is spectacular, and it’s close to the famous water temple and botanical gardens. The owners are super friendly, breakfast is very generous, and they arranged smooth transport for me to Munduk.

It takes a little fitness to get around since the accommodation is built into vegetation on a hillside. The place itself is very basic, but clean, with good water pressure and hot water. WiFi works great, and breakfast is quite large. I’d highly recommend staying here if it fits your needs.
