The food was decent, and the location worked well for business. It's next to the toll road, though, and my room faced right onto it, so traffic noise was an issue. Room 309 could use some work, especially the shower, where the soap dispenser was broken and there was no curtain.

I stay here mostly for business, and it suits me well since I just need somewhere to sleep and a good breakfast, not fancy facilities. The price is affordable compared with other hotels in the same class. It's close to everything, with three modern transport routes just steps away: the LRT station, high speed train, and toll roads. Looking out the window, you can see the busy city activity. Bekasi is a neighboring town of Jakarta, and this hotel is right in the city centre.

The hotel being near the LRT is its only advantage. Everywhere was damp and moldy, and even one day here was a terrible experience.

Everyone was friendly and the service was good, but there were a lot of issues during my first three-day stay. The room was small, dusty, and the AC leaked and didn't cool enough. There was no electric kettle, and room service took a long time to arrive. It took 15 minutes to get hot water in the shower. The bathroom was cramped, and water flooded the floor because the drain was behind the potty. The breakfast was ordinary, cold, and the same every day. Since we're still in a pandemic era, waiters served all the food. But they left the menu stand, and when one person was busy the others went elsewhere, even though there were lots of guests. The receptionist had to step in too. The receptionist wasn't at the desk. I called five times to ask for tissue delivery and nobody picked up. When I checked out, the receptionist also wasn't where they should have been. Doesn't the hotel worry about theft if a bad occupant comes along? I'd like management to improve the room facilities, including fixing the AC and bathroom, adding curtains so water doesn't flood the floor, and providing a hairdryer and electric kettle for hot water. Please hire more employees so they aren't so stretched. If possible, have two people at reception on the day shift. The breakfast could use more variety, and the food should be kept warm in heated pots.
