Be careful with Fortune 88. People book, arrive, and then aren’t given a room or a clear location. They just keep being sent around. It feels like a total scam, and I was very disappointed.

Think twice before booking. The rooms had cockroaches everywhere, and the facilities were like rats. The app showed 178,000 Rupiah, but on arrival we were charged 400 Rupiah plus a 100 Rupiah deposit. Customer service took ages to respond, and the whole crew was awful. I don’t expect to get my money back. Be very careful, it felt like a complete waste.

WATCH OUT FOR A SCAM!!! I got to the property to check in, but the admin said they didn’t work with OYO. My chat was only read, and after that nobody offered a solution. I never got a refund.

I paid the room reservation in full, then was asked for an unclear extra payment when I arrived. I canceled, but couldn’t get my money back. The admin keeps making poor excuses whenever I ask. To be clear, the booking money I paid will not be returned!! Don’t book here.
