Santika Premiere Kota Harapan Indah

I came back in January and April this year, and even though I’m writing this late, I still think this is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. The rooms were clean and roomy, the food was delicious, and the service was excellent. I asked if they could get me coconut, even though it wasn’t on the menu. They brought it for me that day and kept making sure I had it throughout my stay at Santika. That kind of care and respect for guests really meant a lot to me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

The pool is really big, and there’s a very creative play area for children. The staff were kind and greeted me with a smile, and the service was good. My room was decent, though the hotel itself is quite old. The sofa had no pillows or armrests, and the view was questionable, with a building nearby that seemed to have a broken roof. The location is okay, but it’s pretty far from just about everything. Breakfast was mixed: the sunny-side-up egg was good once I added salt, but the hash browns were very dry, and I hope they improve them. The Wi-Fi was also really slow. Sending a WhatsApp message to my family took about a minute. There are things they need to work on, but I enjoyed most of my stay. Worth a try!
