Works well for flight schedules and a stopover. The room and service were good too.

The building felt gloomy, and nobody was on duty except for a security number posted there. I tried calling, but got no answer. I couldn't tell whether anyone had the phone or it was switched off. I never stayed the night, and I lost the money I paid. I booked through an app around 11 PM, knowing a last-minute booking might be a bad idea, but I needed somewhere available to rest quickly. I expected better because it's in Harapan Indah, but the place looked nothing like the photos online. I can't recommend it.

I was staying here because my house had flooded, and only needed one night. There was no guard, just a phone number, and after checkout it took a long time to reach the guard. The building was scary, and the service was terrible. I've never had a stay with service this bad before.
