There were no pros for me. The room at Grand KAMALA LAGOON was crawling with cockroaches, on the floor, on the bed, and even in the bathroom. The walls had mold and mildew, and the air smelled damp and musty. It seemed like a serious moisture and ventilation problem. When I complained about a cockroach, the staff just said, "Ah, there's nothing we can do." Do they think I'm a clown? The room was dirty and unhygienic, and the staff were unresponsive. Check the room before you pay, because they won't give you a refund. My stay was a complete disaster and absolutely unacceptable. Would I stay again? Absolutely not. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone until they take serious steps to fix these problems. Stay far away.

Pretty nice, yeah.

Not good.

The mattress is sunken, the AC doesn't cool, and the place is dirty. There's no power outlet, the toilet door is broken, and the wardrobe has no door. They only provide Sunlight soap, and Netflix hasn't been updated. One star is already too generous, honestly, this should be zero.

The room smelled, and the bathroom smelled of urine. There were lots of tiny cockroaches, dust everywhere, broken chairs, and what looked like trash in the dresser drawers. The Wi-Fi didn't work at all, the signal was weak, and even the router was dusty. The TV was held together with tape, as if it had been dropped. Don't trust these Google reviews. When I checked in, they told me my booking had been upgraded. If this is what an upgrade looks like, what would a normal room be like?
