Santika Premiere Beach Resort Belitung

The staff were excellent: helpful, honest, and pleasant to deal with. Breakfast had lots of choices, and they changed the menu at least every other day. I stayed two nights. The room was well kept, the air conditioning worked well, and the internet was fast. There was a TV, but not much to watch. My mini fridge didn’t work. Complimentary water, an electric kettle, rubber slippers, and towels were provided. You can pick up pool towels for free outside the gym. The hotel sits right on a beach, far from city noise, with nothing for a few kilometers in either direction. Bring water and snacks because there’s nowhere else to get them, and hotel prices are steep. There’s a small seafood restaurant next door. I didn’t think the food matched its price, though it was still cheaper than the hotel restaurant, which is overpriced and seems to push guests toward the place next door. Facilities include a restaurant, a clean pool, a small gym, a library, a kids’ play area that looks like it’s there mostly for show, and transport services that cost more than what’s available outside. Some of the pool floor tiles are broken. The beach isn’t suitable for playing because of all the rocks, and I think nearby establishments may be discharging dirty water there. I wouldn’t swim, but it’s good for long walks in the morning or evening. The room was slightly overpriced.

I’ve only been here four hours, but the service has already made me grateful. The staff were really friendly and helpful, early check-in was possible, and they arranged airport pickup too. I think this hotel is underrated and worth checking out. I’d recommend it. Just make sure the kids’ area and fitness area are kept clean.

The room was spotless, fantastic, and had a breathtaking sea view. It was wonderfully peaceful, exactly what we needed when we arrived feeling a bit stressed. Breakfast had something for everyone, and sitting on the terrace looking out over the sea was lovely. The staff were all friendly and helpful. There’s also a great pool, a clean garden, and a calm white-sand beach. Evenings were quiet, and they gave us dining tips and helped arrange taxis. Now that we’re back in Jakarta, we wanted to share how perfect our stay at Hotel Santika in Belitung was. If you’re after relaxation and tranquility, book the Santika. The lobby was roomy and cozy, with lots of attractive spots for photos. We were there in December 2022 with the KPG publishing team. The ocean view was exceptionally beautiful, and it felt like a truly premium hotel. Our room was comfortable, and there were so many breakfast choices at the restaurant that we lingered there for quite a while 😄. A great fit for either a business trip or a family stay.
