Anagata Tanjung Benoa

The room had an unusual layout and was nicely furnished. Our view was of the woods, which we actually liked, and the rain made everything feel calm and peaceful. If you're after quiet, this could be the place. The pool was spacious and beautiful, surrounded by tropical plants. Swimming there felt surreal, with just us in the water, birds chirping, and the sound of flowing water, without anyone disturbing us. Some parts of the hotel were still unfinished. They had let guests know that the restaurant wasn't ready, so breakfast included in the stay was delivered to the room. The property is down a small alley, with the lobby right beside the road. I hope the development is finished soon, because I might want to come back.

We slept really well, thanks in part to the extra doors that helped block sound. The room's layout and concept were great, and the staff were kind and helpful. The main hassle was the electrical setup: the outlets stop working when the lights are off, and the bathroom light isn't separate. If one person is asleep and the other needs the bathroom, a phone flashlight is needed.

A disappointing stay. The bathroom hot water ran out after about 10 liters, there were no bathrobes, and the breakfast buffet I expected wasn't available. I wouldn't recommend booking this hotel.

I stayed here for almost a week on a business trip, and the service and everything else were GREAT. The location is near the Water Sports area, an easy walk away. Tanjung Benoa is known for those activities and works well for a family trip. The hotel also offers views of both sunrise and sunset. My room was spacious, and they upgraded my room type without me expecting it. It had three beds, though they made up just one since I was traveling alone. You can ask them to open the extra beds depending on the number of guests. The room felt tidy and comfortable, and staff cleaned it daily. They were friendly and helpful, and amenities are provided in case you forget to bring your own. The interior is distinctive, with some foldable pieces, like the table and extra bed, plus good lighting. I also liked the big swimming pool and its natural-looking stone colors. There's a kids' pool too. Highly recommended!!!
