The superb view is the only standout here. The buildings are old and need heavy maintenance or renovation, and the utilities are very basic and worn, as if they went too cheap on proper utensils. The rooms are only managed okay, and cleanliness really needs attention. The floors, walls, and bathrooms all feel rough. In one of the bathrooms in room 3, there was a rotten smell, like some animal had died inside the pipes. For a holiday, I wouldn't say it's worth it just for the fantastic views when everything else is below standard.

We had such a good time here. The villa was clean, the staff were nice, and the view was great. We loved having our own beach. I'd recommend this place to people and will definitely come back. Thanks!

Waking up to the endless sea and ocean breeze makes this place special. My wife and I took over, so some earlier reviews were from before the renovation. The villa and location are amazing, with an almost private beach and restaurants nearby in Nusa Dua. We could find things to do while still enjoying the privacy of our villa. We couldn't have asked for more.

The view was nice, but that was the only good thing about this villa. The bedrooms and bathrooms were dirty, the pool was dirty, and there were ants everywhere. The air conditioning didn't work and leaked in the main bedroom. We paid for 3 nights but left after 1. Management was poor and very unprofessional.

The villa, the cleanliness, the gorgeous setting, and that endless pool made the whole stay feel unreal. I loved every bit of it. Asmara is paradise on earth, and I never wanted to leave because even a moment away felt like too much. You have to experience a place like this at least once in your life 😍
