The Miracle Nusa Dua Villa

We couldn't enjoy the beautiful bedrooms, bathrooms and pool because the setup didn't work for our family. The two rooms are separate, each with its own bathroom, and share a kitchen and pool, but there's no indoor connection between them. At night, children would have to go outside and climb two flights of stairs to reach a parent. There was only one sun lounger for the four of us, and nowhere to get food within walking distance. We asked for a refund for the four nights we couldn't stay because the rooms weren't suitable for children, something that hadn't been explained anywhere. Management kept repeating that it was non-refundable, and showed little understanding. We didn't want the parents split up overnight, since that isn't a holiday, so we had to pay for other accommodation where we could relax. The whole thing was stressful and disappointing.

We stayed for 14 days and the service was great every day. Staff paid attention to what we needed, and breakfast never let us down. The hotel and garden stayed clean. The room was huge, with plenty of room for big suitcases or a large family, and the bed was a dream. Definitely recommend it, and we'll be back.

The Miracle Villas fell far short of a miracle for us. We were there as a couple, looking forward to the villa and its private pool, but a dusty, musty smell hit us as soon as we arrived. It wasn't very clean, there were lots of insects, and the floor had many strange yellow stains and felt sticky. After that, we'd lost trust and didn't even try the breakfast. We spent our days at resorts like Mulia and Kepinski, where we actually felt on vacation. Luckily, we'd only booked two nights.

A great place with a fantastic atmosphere, and I'd recommend this villa for families. I'll be back.
