Nuanu Suites & Accommodations

I travel almost every month, and this was my worst hotel experience. The Suites are right by a club with extremely loud music until 2 am. I brought my small baby here as a birthday treat for a chance to rest, but there was no sleep at all. On arrival around 1 pm, an event with microphones was already very loud. Staff said it would finish at 9 pm, but then a party started. I was told that would end by midnight; it went on until 2 am. The next night there was another party, also lasting until 2 am. Afterward, drunk people sat on the suite grounds with drinks, screaming, laughing and talking right beside my suite, and nobody did anything. The bass from the club made the whole bed shake. Staff offered earplugs, which was a joke. If you want to relax, sleep, or rest, this place isn't for you. Videos attached. I spent almost 10 million for two horrible nights.

Nuanu Suits Bali felt like stepping into a fairy tale from the moment I arrived. The lush greenery, peaceful atmosphere, and almost magical energy made every corner feel calming and inspiring. The price also felt incredibly affordable for what you get, honestly a steal. My room was spotless, lovely, and full of thoughtful design touches that made me feel at home. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely kind, like I was the main character in a movie. I woke up feeling like a princess in a storybook, surrounded by nature. Nuanu is more than a place to stay, it's a whole feeling. If you want something enchanting, soulful, and different, this is it. Can't wait to return! Love, Elyn 💖🩷

The staff are super nice and do their best, but I wouldn't stay here for a relaxing night. There's lots of noise from neighbors and people walking around, with party music until midnight and loud buggy alarms starting at 6 am that sound just like an alarm clock and keep going off. The “pool view” is basically a small hole with water only halfway up. A fish pond might have been nicer. You also can't use the hotel pools or spa facilities like the sauna without paying extra for a day use pass.

The Private Pool Suite was my favorite option, with a spacious, cozy room and a small private pool that adds a little luxury. Nuanu is a modern, futuristic residential and entertainment area that seems mostly designed for expats and international visitors. There are different suites and places to stay, and the property is large, so the buggies and shuttles are really handy. It can get a bit noisy around midnight because the suite is right next to Ash restaurant, but overall I found it comfortable and enjoyable. Highlights for me were the immersive Labyrinth 5D Movie, Luna Beach Club for drinks and sunset views, and the Earth Sentinels Statues, which feel like something from Avatar or an alien world and are very Instagram-worthy. If you enjoy creative spaces, art, design, or unusual experiences beyond the usual Bali scene, Nuanu is worth checking out.
