The Wi-Fi was okay, though not especially good, and the breakfast was acceptable but not very healthy. For the price, it was too expensive. The room itself was clean, but the service wasn’t good. The pool was dirty and closed for maintenance during our stay, so we asked for a price reduction. We also asked to use the empty meeting room for an hour of work, but were told it was only allowed for groups up to 20. For one of the “better” hotels in Bima, it didn’t feel very guest friendly.

We stayed one night while heading to a resort on an island. The front desk staff were helpful and called a cab so we could dine in town. Our room was clean, the AC worked well, and breakfast was reasonable for the price.

The bed was a King Koil and made for a great night's sleep. The room and bathroom were clean, the AC was cool, and the swimming pool was kept clean. It’s near the floating mosque, though a little far from the city. Best hotel in town.

The bed was clean, which matters most to me, and the market downstairs is handy. Street noise is around during the day but not too bad, and I didn’t notice it at night. I stayed for a week or less in March 2025, across several visits. We had different rooms, all facing south, so there weren’t brilliant views; I assume the west facing rooms are the most expensive. The superior room costs less than the deluxe, which is an odd naming setup. Balcony rooms allow smoking outside and cost more, while the no balcony rooms, where smoking isn’t allowed anywhere, are usually sold out. A balcony room sometimes had a slight smoke smell, possibly coming through the AC from other balconies. All the rooms smelled musty at first, but opening a draft and running the AC for an hour or more cleared it. The no balcony rooms have locked windows, so the only way to air them out is to open the front door. Sheets and towels had small stains, and the room walls were stained too. The bathroom floors were slippery, and one bathroom smelled bad with brown mould along the lower sides of the shower walls. If you check in close to checkout time, there’s a cleaning chemical smell that needs airing out. Hotel rates were 450,000 for a superior room without a balcony and 550,000 with one. We’re vegan and couldn’t tell from asking whether there were vegan breakfast options, or whether there was just one, so we skipped the extra 300,000 or whatever they charged. Staff weren’t as friendly as at other places, neither warm nor especially cold, though the cleaners and chauffeur were warm and friendly. One room had no hot water in the evening or morning. In the other rooms, the hot water took about five minutes to come through. In most other cities this would be awful value, but in Bima the options are all awful, so that’s how it goes.

We stayed three nights in my wife’s hometown, my first time there. The hotel is well maintained and in a great spot by the beach, just outside the small city center in a nice area. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and a good size. The bed was the standout, unbelievably comfortable, the best one out of hundreds of hotels I’ve stayed in after a trip to my wife’s hometown. Who thinks about the bed first? That’s how good it was.
