There was a restaurant right below my windows that stayed open all night. People sang and played instruments, and the noise was really annoying when I was trying to sleep. Nearby guests also smoked and made noise. The water heater worked only sometimes, and the room had insects. I also lost 2 million Rupiah that had been in my room, and I didn't find the cleaning service honest. The laundry service was a joke, and the receptionists were unfriendly most of the time. A poor experience for the money.

I was disappointed as soon as I got there. The room was bad and didn't look like the photos in the app. Its TV and toilet flush were broken, and water was blocked in the bathroom. I asked customer service for help, but he couldn't fix it.

Our vacation with the kids wasn't comfortable, even though the location is actually convenient. We had corner room 225, and it was shabby and dirty. The floor was still dusty, the sheets smelled musty and sweaty, and the bathroom was dirty too. There was a TV, but it was only a display and couldn't be used. Management, please make sure the rooms are checked for cleanliness, tidiness, and smell. It'd be a shame if visitor numbers dropped in the future and employees ended up laid off.
