Botani Square Mall is right across from the hotel, about a one minute walk, so the location was hard to beat. This made getting around the mall on foot very convenient. I had a good business stay at Luminor Hotel. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the hotel feels fairly new, with modern design, good upkeep, and very clean rooms. Breakfast was the highlight, with lots of choice and tasty food. The lunch and snacks supplied for the event room were surprisingly good as well. One thing I noticed: the Executive room was only a little bigger than the Deluxe, with no extra furnishings, so it felt a bit empty. The price difference is quite substantial, and next time I'm here for business I'd choose a regular Deluxe.

Botani Square Mall is very close, which was handy. I had a really enjoyable stay at Luminor Hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast dishes were all really delicious. The hospitality was excellent, especially from Mbak Faza, who was so kind and helpful. Thanks, I'll definitely stay here again someday!

Marcel brought a slice of birthday cake to the room, and there was mirror art too. I stayed one night on the 8th floor at the beginning of May 2026. The room was clean, had a cold AC, and came with amenities. Breakfast was fresh, varied, and tasty, and staff quickly cleared empty plates, bowls, and cups. The location was convenient for the mall, places of interest, and the highway. Check-in was strictly at 2 PM, with no consideration for early check-in. I also think two guests should get two free access cards. If one person goes out, the other is left without a card and has no AC or electricity in the room. It would be nice to have staff ready to greet and welcome guests and offer a welcome drink after check-in. The hotel could also collect staff feedback directly from guests. A link sent by WhatsApp would be better than asking during breakfast, especially when the staff member herself filled in the questionnaire and we couldn't see what answers she put. I recommend Luminor Hotel Bogor for a staycation. Thanks to the team, keep it up.

The breakfast spread was good, and the room was nice. It's in a strategic spot near lots of amenities, and service was excellent. Nada Aulia de deserves a special mention for being attentive and very courteous.

The room was a reasonable size, with good amenities and service, and breakfast had a good spread. The location is handy too: Botani Mall is just across the road, with plenty of cafes and food court options, plus Farmers market, within walking distance.
