Bogor Valley Hotel

I wouldn't say this room was worth the money. The bed was clean, but the sheets were torn, and the only blanket was slippery and for one person, even though I only meant to stay in transit. The facilities were a mess: the sink was dirty, with cigarette butts still there, and the faucet leaked when turned on. The balcony was dirty too, full of cigarette butts, while cobwebs were all over the poorly maintained room. The TV wouldn't turn on, the remote had no batteries, and even when it did come on, there was no signal. Wi-Fi and toiletries were missing; all they provided was towels and two bottles of water. The staff seemed to be trying to trick people. I clearly booked one room, but they demanded payment for three, claiming the reservation was for three even though I'd already paid through the app.

What sort of room is this? It's dirty, the AC is dead, there are no towels, and the sink leaks. With proper maintenance it could be nice, but I'm not staying here again.

The room is shabby and outdated, and clearly hasn't been maintained. It no longer looks like the photos online.

The room was a mess, with dirt, a torn blanket, a dirty washcloth, and cobwebs everywhere. Service was unfriendly too. When I asked about security, they acted like they hadn't heard me, and people didn't know how to get in.
