This was my family's first stay here, and we left quite disappointed with the service. The room's cleanliness photos may already have reached the supervisor. Please check the records for my check-in on the 31st for the staff member handling the 5th floor. I truly can't remember the gentleman's name, but he said the manager was Mr. Eko. He was on the night shift and said the mess came from careless work by the morning shift, and took photos as evidence. When we entered Room 522, I spotted two pairs of sandals under the bed, along with crumbs and dirt. The bathroom smelled unpleasant, so I asked for air freshener to be sprayed. The worst moment was finding red stains on the bed cover. I thought that was very careless. I asked for a replacement and was given a clean one in very good condition. I'll attach the photos later. Hospitality should be the hotel's main priority, and the SOPs need to be followed properly. It's fine to have interns or vocational students working there, but that doesn't make careless work okay. This is only my personal experience, and other guests may have had a different one. I hope Royal Pajajaran can improve.

The lobby had quite a few mosquitoes, so I didn't spend much time there. I also wished the Wi-Fi were stronger. At first, the bottled water didn't feel like quite enough, but the staff brought more as soon as I asked. The pool area was lovely and well kept, and the interior was spacious and pleasantly cool. The hotel has a nice view and made for a comfortable, relaxing stay. I posted pictures of some Indonesian snacks I enjoyed, including salted egg, honey, and ginger, which was perfect since I had a cough, plus a few other treats. Hope you enjoy them! Assalamualaikum.

My Agoda booking was non-refundable, but I had to cancel because of unforeseen circumstances. The hotel kindly went out of its way to process a refund anyway. That showed professionalism and real care for guests. I'll choose this hotel for a future trip and highly recommend it.

The room was standard, but the AC didn't work well while I was there, and breakfast service was rather slow. It's in central Bogor, with convenience stores, a pharmacy, and several cafes nearby. I'd suggest requesting a room at the back, since it's quieter.
