The villa made a lovely base for resting after visiting Borobudur and hiking nearby. I especially liked the room layout, with a roomy divider between the sleeping space and bathroom. The rooms were reasonably clean, and there were both indoor and outdoor places to sit, handy for eating outside or gathering when it rains. The staff were friendly and knew how to look after guests. The food was decent, and the chef was open to suggestions and changes. I had a wonderful time.

A pretty decent place to stay near Borobudur. The hotel is right next to the temple.

Parking was difficult because there were only a few spaces. The room cleanliness was disappointing too: dust was everywhere, and there were ants behind the headboards. The bathroom was dirty, and water was leaking, so it needs improvement. At check-in we were asked to choose breakfast for the next morning. We picked fried rice and fried noodles, but in the morning they said they didn't know our room number and hadn't prepared anything for us. They asked us to join the buffet instead, which wasn't suitable for kids. Our children were very disappointed.

The village villa idea is lovely, and the setting is beautiful, close to the temple. The staff were very nice and helpful. The rooms could use a little maintenance, and perhaps they could offer guests a scooter for getting around.

The location has a great vibe, with food stalls and other businesses nearby, and Borobudur Temple is very close. The price is good too. The room felt distinctive and antique, and everything was neat and clean. The staff were kind and helpful.
