The rooms are on par with the foyer, and breakfast is a great deal at just 20,000 extra. It feels like a 3-4 star hotel at a 2 star price, with everything you need. Top place.

Losari beach is only a four-minute walk away. I also really liked the paintings in the 4th-floor lobby.

There was a used bed left outside my room for no clear reason, and the bathroom had no carpet. I asked four times over the course of an hour for the welcome food and drink, but they still didn't bring those complimentary items. This place definitely didn't make me smile. I'll blacklist this hotel if I plan another visit to Makassar.

On the night I checked in, 01/12/23, the AC wasn't working 🥵. I called reception four times to get it sorted, but they took no action. I ended up packing my luggage, leaving, and booking another hotel nearby. I never even asked for a refund. What a waste of time and money. This is one of the worst hotels I've ever visited, with very poor customer service. How can other people give it good reviews and ratings? I think the hotel may have made those reviews and ratings up.

The room was very nice, and I liked the bathroom, though the view from the window wasn't delightful. Staff were friendly and helped us diligently. It's close to losari beach, mini markets, and food stalls, but parking is very limited. From the 4th-floor lift, there's quite a walk to the room, or you can take another lift to the higher floor.
