The app description and the actual place are completely different. It’s dirty, and there’s a smell outside the toilet. Inside, the toilet has a building bucket for holding water, with moss in the bathroom. There are wooden ladders, a mop, and other things lying around. This is a small, one-story shophouse being rented as an inn, and it’s not suitable. The receptionist gave me a barcode and said the money was refunded, but it was a scam. The email was fake, so no refund could be issued. This is a serious scammer. Don’t rent a room here.

The room was uncomfortable: the glass above the door was left open, there was only one power outlet, and when it rained, water appeared under the bed and left the floor wet. The location also doesn’t match the map. The app doesn’t say whether the bathroom is inside or outside, and we found it outside and dirty. The tub and ladle were mossy, and the floor hadn’t been scrubbed. For that price, they should at least put cleanliness first 👍

We had to pay extra because the price on the app didn’t match the price at the actual location. The room itself looked as ugly as a horse stable. This accommodation is a scam.

The app price didn’t match what they charged. I arrived, but they marked it as a no-show. It was fraud, and I got no refund.
